The OIC has begun the publication of documents relating to Founding Member Monica Hanson’s investigations regarding Southeast Missouri State University’s networks. With the school adamantly refusing to comply with requests under Missouri’s Sunshine Law, she had to resort to the usage of brute-force port hammering to determine what ports were blocked on the network.

The documents can be accessed by going to the Southeast Missouri State University document archive, as well as the document used to generate the blocked port list. Completed Sunshine Law requests will also be accessible there; pending requests will not be available until they are completed.
